Introduction to HACCP
Level 2

£25 + VAT

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. It is an internationally recognised food safety management system that is used to identify, evaluate and control hazards which are significant for food safety. 

This course will take you step by step through the implementation of HACCP so that you can see how the 7 principles of HACCP are integrated into the whole process.

Supervising Food Safety - Level 3

£75 + VAT

This course is designed for managers and supervisors to help them understand their essential day-to-day responsibilities. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate demonstrating that they can supervise and train staff to handle food safely and hygienically.

Food Safety Level 2 - Catering

£20 + VAT

Food safety combines a number of practices to reduce health hazards. These include premises hygiene, personal hygiene, risk control, pest control and waste management. This level 2 course is about minimising the level of potential hazards in a food catering setting.
